Fairy Ocean Science & Technology Company (FOSTC) is the largest waste tire superfine rubber powder manufacturer in China currently. We have the patent technology on superfine rubber powder production under ambient temperature. It is the main feature that the used tire can be crushed to superfine rubber powder (80-200 mesh) through particular techniques under ambient temperature, and the wire and the fibre can be separated from it at the same time.

At present, we are the exclusive company that can produce 120-200 mesh superfine rubber powder in batches under ambient temperature. We have already obtained the patent for invention in the U.S.A and Canada, and the patent be auditing in China now. FOSTC has a waste tire superfine rubber powder product line with throughput 16,000MT/Y in Beijing. The technical parameters of this product are controlled by a computer system. It can reduce workers, ensure quality, and save costs. This technique can turn the waste tire cumulated everywhere into valuable rubber resource without secondary pollution. Comparing with the low temperature method with liquid nitrogen that be used widely in the world, our method has many advantages, such as low investment, low cost and high quality. Our product has been used on some important projects, such as Korea & Japan World Cup 2003, and Beijing Olympic Game 2008.

The major product of FOSTC is superfine rubber powder, 80-200 mesh. It can be widely used on top-grade rubber products, tires, rubber and plastic blend materials, waterproof materials, sound insulation materials, asphalt modified materials, thermoplastic elastic materials and drip infiltration pipes for irrigation. At present, FOSTC is doing research and development of superfine rubber powder downstream applications. FOSTC is a member of China Tire Recycling Industry Association, as Executive Vice Chairman.
